I would like to give just a little background info about how this interview came about. In late 2004, Steve and I decided that we would like to try to do an interview for EB. Well, easier said than done- the first try is a telephone interview and it did not work out to anything very tight. Actually it's pretty long. So we wanted to pull off an interview that would not take forever for readers to get through.
