It's been over a year since I did this. Here are my thoughts....

First, I later started using different sized portfolios for storing print 16x24 and under. I am much happier with the portfolio since it cost much less and is easy to shove away in the closet.

When I do use the rack, I found I ended up jusy stacking prints in there. The cost was to high for the sleve and unless you cram too many in, it is harmless.

The whole Mylar corner thing got pretty old fast. I do a fair about of trading and using the corners was ridiculous.

Lastly, the rack shown has worked really well for my collection. There does seem to be some minor warping of the prints after a long period of time. No damage, just not "perfectly" flat. Also, it does not seem to fit the larger sleeves so well. I guess you can't beat a flat file.
