I live in Northwest Oregon. I like rock music and the simple things in life. I've took up art in March of 2010. I decided I needed a hobby so I would learn to draw and paint. Seems logical. I work at a recycling company where I sort construction and demolition debris. I work with heavy equipment and also do heavy labor. It isn't fun. Not to mention I always have someone telling me what to do. The cool thing about art is that I can paint or draw or cut a picture of anything I want. I have total creative freedom. It rocks. I want to do art for a living. I have a few people who collect me now and I'm making new friends in the art world all the time.

I have also been into photography as a hobby since 2003. I enjoy that a lot. I mostly shoot landscapes. Most of my landscape scenes are based on real things I see in the Northwest. My style is simple. Mostly silhouettes and suggestive images that leave a little to the subconscious.
