- Garcia, Jerry
- Best-known as lead guitarist of San Francisco's Grateful Dead, Jerry was a talented visual artist as well. Starting in 1958 he studied at the California School of Fine Art (now the <a href="http://www.sanfranciscoart.edu/">San Francisco Art Institute</a>) with Wally Hedrick and Elmer Bischoff.
