This high quality lambda print by Russian-born artist extraordinaire Vania Zouravliov was initially created as a cover motif for a friend of Vania, the electronic music composer Vincent Oliver. It is part of the monograph Vania by Gestalten. The artist's dark motifs are intricately layered and full of powerful symbolism, often with sadomasochistic references, that are both provocative and sensitive and which represent the vulnerable relationship between innocence and affliction.
