The book cover was adapted from a poster for a reading Charles Bock gave at The SummerStage in Central Park, NYC on July 31, 2008. Mr. Bock fell in love with the poster image and pressed his publisher to use it as the paperback book cover for his best selling novel Beautiful Children.
