The original sketch for “Butchered at Birth”, the second album by Cannibal Corpse (1991). The drawing is in pencil and ink on 9” x 12” paper. This was the first sketch with notes and optional ideas. The female zombie with a fetus hanging in her open ribcage eventually appeared on the Gore-Obsessed cover.
