Moving along in her surreal and sublime world of landscapes and buildings, tonight's image showcases Rebecca's singular ability to break apart and recreate dream-scapes out of quiet neighborhoods, fields. Maybe what fascinates me most of all about Rebecca's work is how she manages to seamlessly connect different vantage points into one image, like merging an aerial view with something straight on, to create the impression of multiple paintings rather than a single one, for an impression of an entire place. --Jon (Prof.)
