Mixed media on layered tracing paper and inscribed Mouse/Griffin©87. Artwork includes original framing by Alton Kelley. The piece is 29" X 33" framed.
Created as a collaboration when Griffin stayed with Mouse and his family during Christmas of 1987.Rick Griffin joined Mouse and his family for Christmas in 1988 and together they produced this Hendrix tribute painting. Griffin worked on the face and clouds, while Mouse concentrated on the guitar and the backround. This extra large piece is a 4x5 foot acrylic painting.
