They asked me to incorporate the strong aquatic theme of the Admiral Theatre into the design, sent me a bunch of pictures…every inch of that theatre is covered in paintings of sea life, pretty neat stuff.
So the wall around the porthole matches that of the theatre, plus the nod to Wes Andersons greatest achievement in film: The Life Aquatic.
