The Grateful Dead cancelled this show becuase they were still participating in the Trans Continental Pop Festival in Canada.
In addition to the music, there was also a Bijou Comix show starring Jayzey Lynch, Skip Williamson, Robert Crumb, Gilbert Shelton, and Daniel Clyne.
