From what all I've gathered, these were handmade by Wayne Coyne (Flaming Lips headman) back in the early 90's and only 50 were produced. Originally they were shipped out across the country to record shops and venues and not many of them ever surface. They were done to advertise their tour with the Red Hot Chili Peppers. This is on heavy paper and the paint is thick. These are also very large, coming in at 26x40. (Coastrat)
