This image was first used as a venue poster for a Henhouse Prowlers show at a bar called Mary's Place in Rockford, IL. When the band showed up, there was a large vinyl banner hanging on stage for them to play in front of. They liked the design so much that they asked Balch to create a "tour blank" version for them to use.
