This is an uncut sheet of the artwork for Lair of the Minotaur's first full-length LP "Carnage". The album was released by Southern Lord in 2004 with a limited run of 666 copies. The artwork was designed by Burlesque of North America, where it was also printed. The image is printed on both sides.
