GLACE BAY METAL POSTER
My edition differs from the version offered at the show. When creating these, we were on a tight deadline compounded by the fact that Steve at D&L (my printer) never printed on metal before. As a result he was only able to print copies for the show. Later, after some time to experiment and a couple of other metal posters under his belt, he printed the rest of the edition. However, he prepared the surface differently and used inks specially made for printing on metal that truly bond to the medium. The result is a hardier image (I can scratch my fingernails across it, but I don't advise you do that) with an easily observed increase in color vibrancy. I decided to mark these as a separate edition by having my name and an edition number dremeled on the back (show copies are not numbered). This edition is also where the band's copies come from (there were a lot for friends and family of the band due to the special nature of the show).
