Claude Alexander Conlin (1878-1954) Alexander is one of America's most famous magicians. He became world-famous for his psychic abilities of reading minds, reading people's pasts, and predicting the future. His fortune was made from doing private readings for large fees, but in the 1920's the IRS claimed that fortune, due to the $3 million in back taxes which he owed. Alexander the Great (born Claude Alexander Conlin, Sr. In 1880) was a vaudeville headliner from the early 1900s into the 1930s. It's been estimated he made over $1 million with his act as a seer and a wizard.
