Approximately 3-5 made when the original was removed from a local record store, and replaced with one of the copies. The other copies were given to friends. The original used to make the copies has a few staple and tack holes, and so the copies will most likely have visible glitches. The easiest to find would probably be a staple hole directly to the left of the word "Special" which has one puncture in the otherwise blank margin and one in the inked area.
