According to Frank Kozik's own descriptions on gigposters.com:
"did this poster for the Templars they are an OI! band from NYC that is into Knights and stuff. so I did an amberlith cutout of a 14th century Teutonic Knight wiyth a sort of Teutonic vibe and letters.
red black and white to make it feel `evil` it was a 2 color silkscreen 22.5 x 35 edition of 400. you can get them from Fkozik.com whenever the site starts selling shit."
and "Done in either 99 or 2000 I forget which." (although the date on the print of 8/12 matches a Friday in neither 1999 or 2000- Perhaps it was 1988 or 1994??)
