this piece was a commission for mackie osborne. she said i could paint whatever i wanted. i asked if there was anything in particular she might like. she said, "maybe a witch". so this is what i came up with.
the title is from a melvins album of the same name (mackie is married to buzz osborne of the melvins). i have never heard the album, but i have always loved the name, and considering everything , it seemed appropriate.
