Printed on clean paper and given as "premium gifts." These were also gratuitously included in some orders from DCS.Jeff Wood entitled this print "Black Rock City 2006: The Journey Home"

Burning Man is based on a "gift ecomomy", no cash or commerce is allowed at the event. Most particpants make things to give away and sometimes barter with at bars, theme camps etc. I figured what better way to gift than give away a poster. A nice poster! I'm actually printing these on the back of misprints from a previous job. I hated to throw away the paper or just use them for test prints. It was a shit load of paper! So the print has a good background story so to speak. I did the dates wrong on the new Acoustic Planet prints and had to reprint the entire run after discovering the mistake after printing the first 3 colors. Ouch! All of these misprint reprint prints, except a handful will be gifted on the playa. A lot of people just get the Burning Man logo stamped on trinkets and give them away, but I would rather give something from myself. There should be about 1000 of them. 35-40 Thousand people attend the event. I hope to make a lot of people smile by giving them one of these prints.
