Usagi means rabbit in japanese. Usa-chan is a cute way of saying it - like "bunny" or something. This piece is mostly about our hope that the next time something aweful happens to the city of New York, it's a little less grave. Not likely with the current administration, but we'll leave it at that. Plus we love rabbits!
