The first print we are releasing from from the Slowly Downward Manufactory in 2024 is called Reflected Light.
As a response to the recent abhorrent violence in the Middle East - and elsewhere we are donating all profits from Reflected Light to the International Rescue Committee. The IRC was founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, and works in over 50 crisis-affected countries, including of course Gaza, Ukraine and Sudan.
Reflected Light is a two-colour hand-pulled screen print made at @stanleydonwoodstudio using black and metallic gold inks on paper from St Cuthbert’s Mill in Somerset, England.
The paper size is approx. 530 mm x 530mm, and the print size is approx. 440mm x 440mm. It is an open edition and as such is not numbered, but is signed by Stanley Donwood and blind-embossed with our Slowly Downward Manufactory stamp.
This print is priced at £99.
All profit will be donated to the International Rescue Committee.
