This poster is the 2nd in a series commisioned by ExpressoBeans to promote Rock Art in a creative new way.
This is a 7 color print that took 8 passes through the press (transparent silver and opaque silver). The steam was created with three transparent layers of ink, light blue, silver and white which has a very cool effect of being able to see the background of the tablecloth through it. The artist had a little fun and with a suggestion from Ryan Kerrigan to include one of AJ's older pieces under the coffee mug along with the newspaper headline about the poster stockmarket. AJ said it was all in all a very fun piece to create.
