From AJ’s time at the Hartford Art School. The still life was done shortly after attending a workshop at the farm of Jack Beal. He encouraged AJ to complete a piece but go back and revisit it pushing the composition further. This piece is the first of one of those exercises. This still life was part of AJ’s senior show that year was called “Werk” .
