"I thought a lot about my partner throughout the whole trip. Because she would've loved the experience and been so ecstatic about everything that Camp Wandawega has to offer. I remember I Facetimed her when I first went canoeing and showed her my surroundings because it was that stunning. After that instance, a whole narrative of "relationships" and "to think of someone" came to my mind. That was the jumping point towards my print. I wanted to depict and gently invoke the questions of "who do you think about? "and "are things good with them?"
