The artwork features stellar hand-lettering in Henry's signature psychedelic font, with inspiration drawing heavily from the psychedelic artwork of the Fillmore and Haight Ashbury's Family Dog collective, as well as stories of the Electric Kool-Aid Acid Tests. Bursting though the center of the poster is the "Electric Kewl-Ade Man" with his 3rd eye fully opened, wielding the legendary 13-point lightning bolt! At the top it reads "Laughing Sam Presents" reminiscent of the classic Bill Graham posters. It continues, listing the names of the performers in psychedelic font: The Werks, Glostik Willy, Boogie Matrix, Bohemian Funk, Funk Factory, Peanut Butter Williams, Ohio Pranksters, Kreation Station, Free Disco Pizza.
