'I wanted to do something a little different and go in a relatively abstract direction on this one...but have a message. To me, this design is about the current state of the world and the vital role that 311 is playing in it. It's about the isolation we've all felt in the last year and that there's still hope. There's a faceless devil playing a flying v guitar on a ledge and despite the difficulties and surrounding confusion/abstract city, there is still beautiful art to be made. Things continue to be overwhelming right now, but it's therapeutic to have live music back. 311 is very uplifting and positive and this is about that mindset and the joy they're providing during uncertain conditions.' - Shock
