"Esperwave: The Birth of Terra" is an original painting by Yoshitaka Amano, inspired by the characters and world of Final Fantasy VI as well as the classic painting "The Birth of Venus" by Sandro Botticelli. The artwork was commissioned in 2021 for "Esperwave", a Final Fantasy VI arrangement album by Natsukashii, with original music compositions by Nobuo Uematsu. Both the vinyl album and print were produced by Channel 3 Records.
