The only stipulation with the Art Direction on this 9 color screen print was that they wanted to work their signature trout into the mix somehow. I thought a kind of airship parade over the skyline of Atlanta would be a pretty sweet and colorful idea to work with which also gave me the opportunity to try and incorporate a couple nods to some of the bands (exp. String Cheese Incident jellyfish) or other recognizable imagery as balloons or ships in the sky. It initially started out very different w/ the trout simply being a random ship in the background and a Turtle being the focus but in the end it did make as much sense.
