"during the hurricane katrina coverage, one story was especially horrifying to me. a cameraman went out to shoot images from a boat, and ended up working to save people, while coming across countless bodies. he said he saw a dog tangled up in live electrical wires, being electrocuted and screaming in pain, and that there was nothing he could do to help the dog or put it out of it's misery.
