I humbly present my latest work titled "Companion". This one is dedicated to all our canine companions, past, present and future. Their unconditional love brightens each day and help us through the most trying of times.
I love my dogs dearly, needless to say emotions ran high while "Companion" was being created. My boy Dexter is often right by my side while I'm at the drawing table. More than usual, it was very comforting to have him with me on this one. He's getting older now and I'll admit some tears were shed thinking of him and Halley in the context of this piece. With this emotion comes power and connection, something I've been trying to work more of into my art lately. I hope a bit of this comes across while viewing.
