“I started to make these pieces a few years back and they sat on the back burner as my focus shifted onto other work. I recently felt they should be finished and were a lot more timely at this particular moment, as the US once again dances on razor's edge of war and peace. When will us silly humans learn that the only good war is a war against war?
"These editions of 20 took about a month to make in total and are a sort of hybrid between stencils and screen printing. All the backgrounds were painted with aerosol and stencils and the final layer is screen-printed ink, then clear coated.
