This is the 3rd poster produced for the Texas Pop Festival. This poster utilizes the same watercolor images as the event program.
At the bottom left, it reads:

Using the Bailey design from the program, an employee of Bob Hayes (Bob "Bullet" Hayes, former Dallas Cowboys football player) and Pete Gent (author of "North Dallas Forty" and former Dallas Cowboys football player) printing business, printed this poster when Hayes and Gent were out of town and sold them at the Festival.
