Acrylic on board"Orson the owl was a motivational speaker known for attempting to find out how many licks to get to the center of a tootsie pop. He was also one of the first advocates for birds of prey who punished people that fed poison to vermin and pigeons. The poison often killed fellow owls, hawks, and falcons who ingested those small animals. Perpetrators who were caught were often found hanging from trees with the word mouse painted on their forehead. " -- Louie
