"My portrayal of a wise owl as the Apothecary was in recognition of the great knowledge these early pharmacists had as well as the power of life and death they held over those who came before them. The two plants I’ve incorporated into the composition are Poison Ivy and Echinacea, the latter being a cure to the former." -- Foley
