Created for the exhibition "The Shallows" featuring new work by Adam Oehlers and Nom Kinnear King at Inverarity Gallery, opening 30 December, 2017.
Note from the gallery:
"Sadly, Nom's consignment for this exhibition went missing when the courier van en route to Scotland was stolen. Some of the 3D pieces [created for the exhibition] cannot be replicated in print but we have endeavored to put the works together as a collection as they should be with a couple of additions. The gallery will not be taking commission on these prints [created from the lost originals], please purchase directly from Nom's shop. Your support to the artist in recovering some revenue from this theft is very much appreciated."
The original painting for this work was completed on an antique tambourine.
