"Joe Whyte has designed this 6 colour screen printed poster for the OUTTA’ TUNE exhibition. OUTTA’ TUNE is a celebration of the artistry of gig posters and the craftsmanship of screen-printing. The artists were tasked to imagine gig posters for shows that could never happen. The dark and smokey atmosphere of the Slow Club has been recreated with the use of dark colours and silky long lines. Blues and pinks blend into blacks and the figure of Dorothy is traces by delicate touches of white. Joe has composed a beautiful image that really captures the mood of the club and stays true to the aesthetic created by David Lynch."
