“The first time I heard Metallica was at my friend Joe’s house in 1985 (we snuck into his older brother’s metal record collection) but my first real exposure to them was through Mtv with their “One†video. Still a favorite, I love the song and the subtle anti war message, especially when I was younger and becoming aware of the world and it’s history. It’s still very pertinent! With this poster I was paying homage to “One†with the WWI era trench knife, but with a contemporary twistâ€
