This small study in oil paint is part of my Exquisite Everyday series where I turn my attention to the stunning array of characterful birds I get to see here in the UK and especially in our cities. This rather fluffy Bullfinch caught my eye (with those colours it was inevitable!) and so he was an obvious choice to add to the series.
