This was an extremely rare gig release in conjunction with a Colorado Democratic Party special Ryan Adams concert for volunteers and donors/supporters of Barack Obama on Oct. 29, 2012. Posters were handed out for free to the first few people coming through the doors, as they went to seats. Estimated 50 or less.
