Hand signed and numbered and come complete with an extra giclee print... "Look my liege" again limited to 10 copies approx 10" x 10"Officially licensed by the faceless conglomerate that aggressively litigates for the vast Python (Monty) Python business empire, this was my contribution to the Colour+Noun Python show in Leeds during May 2016. Documenting the entirely historically accurate events of the quest for The Holy Grail, as made popular by the 1975 film, the print is rendered in the style of the world famous Bayeux Tapestry and features all the major characters and events plus a plethora of what the kids might call "easter eggs" with some down right obscure references to the film as well as other parts of the Python 'oeuvre'.

AND NOW FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT Exhibition of Monty Python-Inspired Art
On 27 May 2016, an exhibition of art inspired by the work of Monty Python, will launch in a pop-up gallery at Northern Monk Brewery in Leeds, U.K.
Colour+Noun, a UK-based independent arts initiative, working closely with us, have brought together a group of talented artists from around the world to create artworks inspired by their favourite Monty Python moments. Using sketches, quotes and characters from the Monty Python collection of films, live shows and television series the pieces showcase the infamous Monty Python spirit in a unique and contemporary manner. There is a broad range of styles and mediums available, including original works, giclées, screen prints and intaglios, featuring graphic design, illustration and typography.
Artist and contributor to the show Graham Pilling said of the project: “The genius of Monty Python is something I've always held dear. Their wonderful imagination formed an invaluable part of my upbringing, teaching me a love for surrealism and word play, as well as the importance of tempering intelligence with good old-fashioned silliness. I'm hugely honoured to be involved in this exhibition of painstakingly hand-crafted artwork, which I hope will be praised, cherished and appreciated, before inevitably becoming future landfill or nesting material for some brightly coloured parrot.â€
Terry G said of the collaboration: “It's wonderful to see how inspired artists can make Monty Python look classy, especially after all those years of Gilliam’s second-rate work. Where was all this talent when we needed it?â€
