This poster was a royal pain in the ass. first I had to composite the newspaper from a shitload of old front pages, print them on newsprint, burn the bottoms off, screen a layer of glue on a 20 x 26 sheet of cover , then screen the "now playing" which I had letterpressed on a seperate sheet to get that "authentic " feel. all those stories and ads are real and you can read them on the real poster. everywhere there was a city referenced i had to piece togehter Little Rock or Fayetteville. All the dates were lined up too. (GP)
