"This poster is a point-by-point map of the big long traffic jam scene in Godard's "Weekend." The original plan was to draw it out a little more literally, where things like cars looked like cars, but I ended up liking the preliminary sketch more than where the final drawing was headed, so I decided to scrap it and use this instead."
