Some of my days and some of my nights are spent slouching around an estuary in East Anglia, north of London. The ripples on a calm night are quietly hypnotic. There’s not much more to say.
‘Dark Estuary’ is the title of a book by ‘BB’, the pen-name of Denys Watkins-Pitchford, written in 1953.
