This hand-painted figure - made to look like Spongebob Squarepants, and sold at Be Street Weekend (Paris, France) and NYCC - includes one body and two heads (Cyco Simon and a rotting bear Soviet super soldier). The "bootleg" title refers to these figures being made in China instead of Japan. There was also a Patrick Star version of this figure.
