This hand-painted figure - a 2013 SDCC exclusive made to look like The Joker - includes one body and two heads (Cyco Simon and a rotting bear Soviet super soldier). Sculpting by L'Amour Supreme. The "bootleg" title refers to these figures being made in China instead of Japan. There was also a Batman version of this figure.
