I originally made this print for a Radiohead t-shirt, around the time of the Iraq war. the back print said 'war wash' as well as some other sarcastic words. The CND symbol was designed more than 50 years ago by Gerald Holtom, and is made up of the semaphone positions for N and D, within a circle symbolising the Earth. With this adaptation I'm suggesting that the USA disarms its nuclear capability. Obviously, it's not the most popular stance to take, and i expect many people would disagree with my suggestion.
