To mark the occasion of post 200 and in eternal gratitude to all who have followed me here, left a kind comment and/or supported my work since I started this account last October I'm releasing a bird into the wild. The ave in question is the working study for "Blood On the Leaves", one of the paintings I'm working on as I prepare for The Gilded Age exhibition with @esao and @feral_kid which opens September 12th at @thinkspace_art
The drawing is pencil and gouache on Stonehenge and measures 6 3/4"x 4 1/8". Black Osprey chopped and dated on the reverse.
