This was a VERY limited edition print that was sold for the Flaming Lips show at the Warfield Theatre in San Francisco. The posters were hand signed by all the members of the Flaming Lips, Phantogram, Foxeygen, and Bad Things (Shawn Whites band).
The Run was only of 60. Each night 30 were sold. The 12/31 poster was further embellished by Wayne using some glitter.
