This 3D metal pop art pays tribute to Jerry Garcia, singer, songwriter, guitarist, and front man for the band Grateful Dead. In it Garcia's contributions and accomplishments have been explored by the artist, Alan Derrick.

ARTIST STATEMENT
This artwork pays tribute to Jerry Garcia. One of its founders, Garcia performed with the Grateful Dead for their entire three-decade career. He was under treatment for drug addiction when he died of a heart attack in August 1995.
